I am thinking of pulling a cable, May be best option. May just pull one out to my shop, I buried 2 PVC lines from my house to my shop to run power and Coax, could pull the coax and pull new ethernet cable with it.........

Long term, worth the effort, especially if you already have a conduit for it.
That's prudent planning paying off right there, good on ya for thinking ahead!

If you have the room in the conduit, pull one ethernet for reg network and another for cameras.
I'm in the habit of pulling one more than I think I would ever need and I still short myself from time to time.
