Who's making top deck kits?

After seeing crashnburn's Superfreak carbon top deck conversion, I really want to do something with this square hull sitting here. It's already partially cut up, some glass work done, then I realized I hate glass work, so now it sits.

I know the top 2 companies are still making them;
  • WCF. Pricing right on their web site.
  • Superfreak. PM sent.
  • snowxr *EDIT* Still available.
  • Trinity *EDIT* Nope
  • WDK *EDIT* They have 3 different kits available!
  • XFT *EDIT* 'Contact Us' question sent.
  • Goose?
  • Highroller?
  • Tom21?

Any additions to the list? Comments, concerns, jokes?

And yes, I realize that I will still have to do some glass work with a top deck conversion, but not quite to the extreme that I was going to completely change the look of my square.

Thanks,
Steve

P.S. I'm not going to post prices here to respect the manufacturers.

P.P.S I've been keeping my eye out for a RN hull too. I should have just bought Crab's, but I was in no position to spend the money at the time. Let me know if you have something.

I may have a topdeck conversion for sale soon. Hull and hood only. PM me for details. The hull I have now has an XFT topdeck on it an XFT hood. I did not do the work but I like the fit and finish as well as the body lines. It's nice to have options but it only makes the dcision harder =)

There are two on that list that I wouldn't even consider.
I am thinking of doing one of these, too. My current hull doesn't have much longer to live.

After owning a highroller hull that I actually enjoy riding and seeing the stuff that Goose produces, I can't in any good conscience recommend buying anything from either of two unless it costs you pennies compared to another manufacturer.

I've got a bottom deck sitting here too that I would like to do a conversion on but can't bring myself to spend the money unless my REV craps the bed.

how about a bottom deck conversion? its the bottom thats the heavy ass smc garbage

That's the deck where the most amount of work, effort, and R&D goes into. I don't know about everyone else but if I were going to start manufacturing a bottom deck, it'd be dumb not to slap a new top deck on it to for a couple hundred extra in materials and call it a complete hull.

Oh, ya. I'm aware. Just thought I'd list everything I could think of off the top of my head.

Hold out as long as possible. As fast as this industry moves, might be something super-sweet right around the corner.

....what Waternut said. Who is going to cut the top off a square and slap it on a carbon bottom deck? Half the reason for doing a TDC is that a square nose is ugly as sin.....my opinion of course.

Update: Just talked to Jeff at WDK, he has 3 different kits, all around the same price. I'll probably go this route since he's about 200 miles away. He also said to bring my suit and ride their new hull. I talked a little about the bottom design, basically, it rides out of the water when plaining, when you push it down or hit a wave, it pops the front up. Lots of R&D on size and positioning of that hump. Very interesting Sounds like I have a weekend trip to plan.
