Ok, after chatting with you guys for the last couple of days I have to get a stand up. I don't have the budget or desire for something brand new. What kind of older ski do you guys suggest? I want something that will be powerful enough (more is better) and something I can mod etc.. What do you guys suggest?

Depending on budget, any year SJ would be a good start.

Hmm, that makes it tough. You might find a early 90's superjet for under a grand, but expect it to need a little work. That is by far the best ski you'd get for low $$.

get a squarnose superjet. just make sure you get one that has a 701 in it. ive seen them for as cheap as a grand.

Check your PM. I might have something you're interested in. '91 square with a 701, pipe, head, prop, ride plate, etc... Price range too!!! That would be a "take as" is price.
