650/X-2 Upcoming ban for 2 strokes....

I know the ban on 2 stokes has been coming but is this thread about existing and titled 2 stokes being banned from the water?

I posted a link earlier. Most states are following the original Lake Tahoe ban of non direct injected 2 strokes. yes existing, titled non direct injection will not be allowed to operate on these lakes. Like I said, this has been going on for 20 years, now that it affects people at the lake they ride they are in an uproar. When it happened to someone elses riding spot no one said anything. We are funny as a society like that. If you guys want to do something then great. Reversal of current bans are improbabale at best, but you might be able to slow the pace.

It's hard for a guy with a $1500 jet ski to beat a well politically-connected guy with a 3 million dollar house on the lake front wanting to sip his martini and smoke his cigar in peace.

Anybody remember those "Keep Tahoe Blue" stickers you used to see on people's cars when the Tahoe ban was going down?



I used to rip those off people's bumpers back in the day.
