tuning where to start??

ok as soon as my parts get here i'll be swapping my 28mm carb on my x-2 to a 44sbn with a polished bcw intake i am running a westcoast pipe and water box and gonna advance the timing as well...where should i start with my jetting and such i read somewhere that a 650 with a sbn 44 w/ west coast intake and pipe should be

120 low
160 high
2.3 needle and seat
65g chrome spring

will it be the same with a bcw polished intake???

my 650 sx thats set up similiar is running a 122.5 on the bottom and a 180 on the top. with the stock flame arrestor the 180 is a little big as its turned in pretty far. with the fly racing f/a, its spot on. had to run im thinking the gold spring to get the pop off right. ski also has over 190 psi which is far more than my sj has.
