that will make trailering the boat hard wont it?

or do you normally drive on the trailer with the outdrive nearly out of the water?

cool idea though, I like the pins.

show some pics of your welds man, dont be shy.

No the pins come out and the whole thing comes off the back of the trailer! only 4 2in X 2in X 3.5 in Receivers are left on the frame and they are low and out of the way so no worries about hitting them take about 30 seconds to get off the boat trailer.

Some of my welds suck and others are nice! it hit or miss with me. lol
really it just depends on where the weld is. Overhead welds suck! it not like i can flip the trailer around to get the best angle
I used a 35+ yr Old Arc! fun fun!

that looks like a pretty good weld.

do you have any plans for a bushing or anything to make it quieter?

seems the slop in that tube sleeve is going top be loud as hell!

if you look right next to the red part of the handle there is a nut welded to the mount, i have a bolt that will jam up to it and lock it down

gotcha, I saw that and didnt even think about what it was for.

looks slick!

You are for sure pushing the limits of how long and how many hitches one vehicle can carry.

Ill bet backing up will suck!

That is illegal as hell in Illinois. You will need to check state laws where you are heading to make sure that you can get there. In Illinois you can only have one ball hitched trailer. A fifth wheel can pull a trailer but that is all. I have a few trooper buddys and they make you pull one trailer to where you are heading and then come back and get the 2nd one if you get cought within the state lines.

I wish we could do that here I would have one but that is why I have my hitch hauler.
