Superjet ride plate mod

I have a 92 701cc superjet and has a stock ride plate I want to mod the ride plate so it's a d cut ride plate wanted to know your guys experiences with this!

Makes the ski ride a little more nose heigh, makes it a little looser, etc. Gotta try it to see how you like it. Make sure it's cut flush with the rear first.
My plate is dcut and I love it.

I am guessing you free ride? If so, it is a cheap way for a little better wave jumping otherwise the ski handles really loose while carving, etc.

I love my D-Cut and it's easy to do. I just used a gallon paint can to trace around with a Sharpie, clamped the plate to the top of my workbench, and used a jigsaw with a couple medium metal blades and took my time. I then cleaned up any burrs with my dremel and a sanding wheel.
