Superjet back flip??

A lot of skill, very big wake, basic mods. And I'm talking a wake like we see here regular from huge boats. You won't find them if your living way inland riding puddles/ponds.

yes living way inland we have no big wakes or waves, just tornadoes and creeks.

I've heard there's hurricanes, kardashians, and terrorism on the coast.

Bigger almost always help on lake wakes or boat waves. I have a basically stock superjet hull cut 1.75-2" sn bottom and x jet top. It's lighter but not crazy and it's still full length with full ride plate no trim. Now I don't have the skills or balls anymore but I watched my ski get flipped twice. Once was flawless of a barge wave and I'm running a LPW 735 and a type 4 pipe. It can be done just not easy. There's a vid floating around of a real nice sn backflip of a v wake. No crazy engine.

You're not flipping it regularly off a boat wake without a lot of skill or a great "start up" wake. Like Jrock said we see some of the best boat wakes and a stock superjet is a hoss to get around. Power or no power you need to get the motions down. Go learn in surf before trying a boat wake.

Yeah I am thinking the motions are the biggest part. Working on getting power up in my 701 right now, but i figure taking the CF full ride plate off for something shorter and trim would probably help a whole lot.

I just landed my first backflips this past weekend with a totally stock SJ hull off a V wake. Just -2.5 on the pole, ride plate, intake grate and footholds. It was only my 3rd time trying them so my form still needs a lot of work but here's my setup.
-850cc stock stroke, ported cylinders & cases, b-pipe with C4 chamber, 46mm black jacks, 180psi, V force reeds, msd enhancer, stock lightened flywheel, 10/16 hooker and trim.
