Stupid little red X

Why do I get this little square with a red X in it instead of a picture?

Like in the first post of:http://www.x-h2o.com/threads/52679

I see no picture, just that damn little red x. Even if I right click on the red x and hit Show Picture I get nothing.

Check your security settings, it's not letting you download the pic. I see the pic when I click on your link.

No error message. And the pic doesn't show up when I select show image.

It must be work related because in that thread I indicated in my first post, I can now see the picture and I'm at home.
