Does anybody know where I can get that piece that holds the steering cable in place near the turning plate. Also what kind of hardware do in need to attach the pole to the sn it has already been shaved down.

You can either shave down the stock bracket or buy a conversion bracket. Rad Dudes just released an adapter.
