Start Stop Switch

Hey guys, i have a bad start stop switch on both of my superjets. The one will start, but not stop and the other wont even turn the ski over. Was just curious as to whether or not there are any other option or is oem the only option. They are ridiculously priced so if there is a way around buying them i am all for it. Thanks!

Yamaha sells a kit that comes complete with the harness and switches already made up. It's based on the SN so the leads are a few inches shorter than a RN but I haven't heard of anyone having an issue with that yet.

Check out Jetmaniac's prices on the harness and the complete switch assembly. If you priced one out from a dealer previously, you will find he has much better pricing on either option.

Check it here;

Poor or missing ground or you hooked the starter wire to the battery and the battery wire to the starter. The longer of the two red wires goes to the battery.
