So I wanted to make sure my start stop switches weren't corroded and when I opened up the switchpack housing I found this little guy. I have no idea where he goes but he was where the wires are in the pic. That is where I found him but it was really loose and I don't think it goes there. Any help is appreciated.

It goes on the wire that exits the housing, between a white, (or clear in your case), tywrap and the housing. It acts as a stopper so the wire does not get pulled out.
