Squarenose SJ 650 - Most effective mods???

Before I start tuning my old superjet 650 (squarenose 95), I want to ask you what were, with your experiences, the most effective mods in relation to the money spent on them!!!

I have read hundreds of posts, but I want to make a scale of top 10 most effective mods for a standup - ofcourse for old standups like this, expensive stuff for 1000 $ or more is out of the question.:thumbsdown:

#1! upgrade to a 701. there is no replacement for displacement! Spend a little money upfront and get the 701 and then mod up from there.

A 95 should have a 701 in it already.
Might want to double check.

i bought a 650, ebayed the motor for 250, and bought a complete 701 for 420 bucks. best bang for the buck possible..

but prop and intake are probably most important first mods

My 650 as a prop and coffman pipe and pulls hard enough. Thats were I would start.

same my most effective mods are coffman pipe , pump stuffer and i can pass stock sxr800's

from the guys i've talked to you can get more power out of a 650 , but a 701 has more low end
