I have a 93 superjet with a j700c swap. Just trying to figure out what plugs go to What cylinders?

Do you mean which of the two plug wires go from the coil to either the front or the back spark plug? If so (and this is OEM ignition setup), the longer one goes to the front plug and the shorter one to the back.
However, from my understanding of the ignition system, both of the spark plug wires spark at the same time so it would make no difference if they were transposed.

Only time that's worth doing is if you suspect one plug wire or boot is bad.
Swap to opposite cylinder, if that cylinder runs like crap then you know the plug wire or boot is bad and not the whole coil.
