Watcon and Blowsion sell the boot retainers.
For wire, I would also ask Randy (Watcon). You need to get solid core metal wire. The vast majority of plug wire is the wound type, which is not right.
MSD Wire works great.

Well since you're not splicing the wire, I have a 75 foot roll of 8mm silver plated copper solid core that's great for marine applications if you need it.

It has a yellow silicone outer jacket and I'll sell it for $3.00 a foot shipped first class mail.

That's basically a fiberglass filament impregnated with carbon powder with a very thin stainless steel wire wrapped around the core.

They're good but vibration from the engine will shake loose the carbon, causing the ends to fail after a while.

You'll notice every time you change the plugs there will be black powder on the insulators with this type of wire.

Silver plated copper offers the lowest resistance possible with no EMI suppression.
