Clean seal and shoe really good. Put a little grease on the pump side of the seal and a bead of silicone on the seal face. Install pump. Reach up through the intake and smooth out any silicone that may have squeezed out. Work it into the joint and wipe off excess. Can still remove your pump but the seal will stay on the shoe.

If your seal is destroyed you could try to make one. Seadoo 140 pumps just use a neoprene foam ring that gets replaced.

i found problem !!! my seal was not sealed perfectly at top !!! just put a light into tunnel and see the light come out between pump shoe and pump seal !!! im gonna put a little bit of silicon around this seal to be sure it sealed good !!!! but if someone have a good seal i would take it !!! thanks

did you seal all the hole with silicon too on ride plate ???
Don’t seal ride plate with silicone. Will cause cavitation.
