But idk. After it started for 2 seconds last night then shut off, I put another new pair of plugs in and still couldn't even get a sputter... Gave it a couple squirts of gas with the primer even tried a gas can hose cap full down the plug holes. Nothing

Disconnect the black plugs from your S/S switch. The black is your kill harness. Red button or lanyard.

White plug is the start harness.

Disconnect the black and try to start the ski then see what happens.

Spin it over without priming and pull the plugs (Be sure plugs are completely dry first), if they are wet you may have over primed. Also look down carbs as our cranking, see if there is any fuel flow.

You have to have 3 things for a ski to run. Fuel, Fire and Electricity. Your missing something.

Make sense. I had that thought last night thinking maybe there is corrosion inside the start switch. But then I figured if it was sensing that the button was closed not open, it wouldn't even turn over

Did you rebuild the carbs during this?

Did you out too much fuel in it with primerand whatnot and flood it out with gas?

Have you tried stsrting fluid.

I really doubt there is too much fuel. It was a completely dry motor after rebuilding minus a little bit of oil I smeared on the Pistons and sleeves. And I did not Prime it very many times

So the electrical issue was just the cheesy factory set up that clips to the spark plugs. I snipped the wires back an inch and put a crimp on new tips. now it fires and runs but only off of the fuel that I prime that it runs out of fuel and shuts off. Tank has pressure. Gas coming out of the "out hose"

Needles are stuck closed in the carbs? Pop them open and make sure they work.

Or you can try to Pop them open with a popoff tester hooked up to the IN line and the return plugged with your finger.

And the pulse line works. I discovered that the clear plastic flap behind the fuel pump cap was stuck as I blew through the fitting on the cap. It did it pass air at first but then made a loud crack and snap a loose in the fuel pump flap functions. I was certain this was it and stoked.NOPE. WTF? I'm about to torch this thing... Heh. Anything anyone? I'm stumped. Carbs check out fine as far as I know and they just will not put out fuel

Hmm... Needles stuck huh? could be I guess. Idk what would make them stick. Maybe the octane booster I use leave sticky residue when it dries. I don't think just pre mix does that? I use ethanol free. I will check those thanks. Didn't bother opening the jet side of the carbs. Because no way way are all 4 jets clogged lol

They will stick in one week. I've experienced fist hand. Depends how fresh your needles and seats are.

New ones are even worse. The rubber doesn't have any grooves in it and they won't move like and old worn out one.
