Ski won't start?

So who has seen it all? I am pretty good with everything EXCEPT electrical. I know it isn't that hard but I've never learned. So my 2014 super jet. It has spark and fuel . I have an aftermarket fuel primer. This thing absolutely will not start. The closest I got it was last night when it's sputtered a couple times then I pulled the spark plugs and put brand-new dry ones in it and it fired right up and sounded normal for about two seconds then shut itself off. After that, the thing wouldn't come the least bit near starting. Just a lot of cranking. What could this be? Who's the guru lol. Has to be something stupid... Every part in this thing is only a-year-old! Thanks in advance...

sheared key on the flywheel?
you have spark fuel and compression (should on a 2014)
so that leaves timing. Pull flywheel and inspect key, keyway and stator

Flywheel key is definitely in its location in the crank snout? I have seen the keyway pop out when installing flywheel before also.

And yes woodruff key is in place. I always shine a light in and look down the channel to make sure plus can rotate the flywheel and feel that it's locked in before tightening the bolt. Everything is legit here... Got fresh gas. Compression reads 200. Motor is 100% new just rebuilt

How have you ensured it has spark? How have you ensured it has fuel? Did you do a leak down and compression test on it when you did thd new motor? What are the circumstances that a boat a year old got a motor rebuild? How did it run before disassembly. What all components were worked on or replaced?

I put a spark plug in both coil wires and rest of the plug against the cases where one of the bolts are. The usual test. Both sparked just fine. I know I have fuel because I have a manual pump primer and I watch it squirt fuel into the carbs. I had to rebuild the motor because I went to the surf and it ran super lean and all I did was screw with adjustments for a while then call it a day. I had no idea but five days later I discovered some Sandy water in the motor and low compression from running lean so I just fully rebuilt it because I didn't trust to Sandy crank. only components replaced were the Crank and pistons. Threw a new crank in and had the jugs bored 1 mm over for 82 mm Pistons

It's possible. I've seen some dumb stuff before. Like a washer underneath a carb gasket. It will never seal and suck air from there instead of through the carb.

Ha ha that's ridiculous well nothing like that going on here. I actually did this motor twice because the first time it did air leak. I went to light on the case sealant and when I tried to start it, exhaust was coming out of the motor. This time, exhaust only comes out of the spark plug holes when one is removed and air leak tested out fine

Brand-new OEM crank seals, all new gaskets. Thing is sealed up nice. I think something electrical is going out just don't know what. Possibly even just a crusty connection from that salt water even though I did rinse the hell out of the whole ski really well 2 hours after the ocean
