I took my pump nozzle off to get it bored out and the brass pipe that sticks out of the nozzle for the siphon bilge would not come out. The screw that holds it in came out fine, but not the pipe. I tried everything and then got fed up and drilled out the brass pipe.
Should I bother trying to find a brass pipe that would fit in there exactly (don’t want to have to order a new nozzle just for that piece) or should I just plug the hole and get ride of the stock bilge. The pipe seems to be 10mm in diameter and it’s not something the local hardware store has. I have a versiplug, rule 500 and hood mods are on the way. It’s nice to have but is it worth the effort to fix? Many people riding without the stock bilge?
Thanks,
