So I just got a stock flame arrestor to put on my single 44. I converted to t cases and was running a Tau Ceti which likes to drink warter as well as air. Anyway, I was gonna cut the flame arrestor when I came across this:

Inspired by a simple idea I headed for the garage. Here's what I did;
1. I left the Tau Ceti adaptor on carb (pic 1).
2. I took another adaptor that I had and bolted it to the stock flame arrestor (pic 2)
3. I will then use a 2in rubber hose as a coupler and a couple of clamps to clamp the f/a on the carb.
I will get the hose tomorrow and give this a go this weekend. No cutting, and if you have the adaptors already, cost is minimal.
This is in my Blaster BTW, but I see no reason it wouldn't work in a Super.
