So I'm going to be dropping some footholds into the trusty old Round Nose, and in the mean time refoaming my tray out of precaution. I am currently tracking down some EPP foam to fill the lower half of the hull under my tray and am I'm working with a few local companies so I don't have to pay for a 8' plank of foam to be shipped. But... I am wondering volume wise, how much foam I should be considering? Once again, I am only EPPing the lower half of the hull. Will be pouring 2-part expanding urethane and sculpting the top half.
For reference, this here EPP sheet in 1" thickenss is roughly 2 cubic feet. http://foammart.com/rigid-foam/epp-expanded-polypropylene/poo Would something like that do?
Cheers,
Paul
