Super Jet RN Superjet wont stay running has no power

Have a 2004 Superjet 701 ,end of last year it would run but loose power then I would have to pump primer to get back to beach. I then had both carbs out, rebuilt front carb second carb only needed diaphragm. Its been in storage all winter just got it out today put battery in it started right up. But still same problem will run for a while but has no power then stalls. there is fuel in line and in fuel filter. Also have herd primer can cause an issue only saying this because I can not get mine to pump fuel at all. What do you guys think im stumped?

Just had something like this happen to mine. Make sure your fuel lines aren't clogged, and put a new fuel filter on. If that doesn't fix it it could be running lean. I had to adjust my low speed fuel adjuster screws to richen the mixture. Running good now.

does it bog when you give it throttle as its stalling or do nothing? could be a cold seize.

Hey guys just this weekend I took fuel filter off completely. It starts right up and seems to be running just fine but have not water tested it yet. Thanks for your help! I'll let u guys know after water test this coming weekend.
