If I glass up the 3 breather holes on the front of the hood
(around the port hood hook) will I need to open up the rear breathers to allow additional air flow?

Here's what I did. I get NO water in my boat. On a turn sub you can see the water cascade across the louvers.

go a step farther............ install the Blowsion Baffle/Liner........ you add a second set of Intake/Drains in the rear below the lip (close the fronts)

How much drier than completely dry do you need? I get MORE than enough flow also.

where did you buy those vents at?

I found them at west marine. They're attached with 5200 fast. Works very well. In combination w/a one way valve My bilge almost NEVER pumps any water, even after deep subs.

I could sink a sub deep with stock hood or my WCF one and rarely get water in. Subs dont take in much it seems to me. It always seems the only time im taking in water is if my ski is held under for a bit, or if i fall.

Do you let off the gas when you go under?

Depends on the angle I go in at. If I just went down very steep, I may or may not give it a bump. If I go in kinda of flat and need to get lower...then yes. I throttle it more
