Super Jet Rib grinding question...

Should I grind out all the ribs, or just the ones on the sides? I have already ground out the bottom ones and sanded the sides, just looking at the nose now. I saw a '95SJ build here and they ground out the side ones on the upper deck and left the ones on the top.

I think I know the answer but figured I would ask.

I was thinking of just doing the ones on the upper sides and leaving the ones on the top. I'll start cutting them down more this evening.

I just grind the ones on the side of the hull so my reinforcing lays flat.

That's what I ended up doing. It's coming along pretty good between the grinder, die cutter, and rotary tool. Now to sand, I would kinda like to get one side laid up today.

Yep, grind them all. Don't forget to reinforce your handlepole mounting area.

And the rib with the screw insert behind the battery box, grind that sucker out too... all it does is provide a pedestal for a zip tie holder.....
