retrofitting a sn pole spring to fit a round nose

is it possible to retrofit this spring to work for a round nose pole and bracket? just a short-term fix...

I am using my old SN springs on my round pole (RN pole on a modified SN bracket). I don't know if you have the same setup, but for mine, I just had to cut the springs down a bit (see pic) and flip them around som the bottom "L" shapes face each other.

Then that is a good question to which I have no idea..... I wish you luck...

fyi the cuts I marked are so the springs will fit up in a RN pole, as for the RN bracket, I don't know. You could probably still make it work.

the blowsion spring that I had looked like one side of that spring, cut on both ends before the "L" but muchhhh thicker
