Restarting after grade 2 pec tear

Reposted here as looks like injury prevention forum is dead.
As per title. Been out resting for around 7 weeks now on the advice of my doctor. Just wondering if there's anything I should do particularly to help ease my way back in to avoid unnecessary stress. I was following Viking Bare Bones and would like to jump back on that program if possible/sensible. Could anyone suggest a warm up/stretching routine?
