refrigeration double?

i guess your asking about dual cooling

if your just running a stock motor with a stock head then single cooling is fine

if your running an aftermarket head its better to go with dual cooling

factory b pipes come standard with only single cooling, normally you tap the manifold for dual cooling

Drill and tap that big hole that is now closed.
A perfect spot for the second cooling line.

If you mean the tube that was hooked up the the original syphon than yes, you can use it to supply water for the second cooling line.
