RAD DUDES X2 Direct Steer STA Fix Kit

RAD DUDES X2 Direct Steer STA Fix Kit

This ant your moms brake line sleeve fix! This is the Rad Dudes STA (stronger than all) Fix Kit.
Full thick walled stainless steel milled and press fit then welded for a Stronger Than All Fix!

This sleeve easily slides right over your stock steer cable adding the strength needed to keep the cable straight while turning and not letting the force of the jet bend the cable!!

At the top I have added a hose and 2 clamps that can be used to clamp the Rad Dudes X2 Direct Steer Fix Kit in place. If not used the kit will still work but slide around and not stay in place.

$45 shipped in USA
I take paypal PM me for info

I only made these 6 so Get'em while they're hot!!!

Ok the first 6 sold.

The place I buy steel from it has a bargain room all odd cuts and stuff. Much cheaper this way. I went today bought every last cut they had of the thick wall. It was just enough to make 9 more. So these 9 will be the same price $45. After this who knows.

So 9 more PM me who needs them

Yes just buy one of these and trine it down to fit. The hard work of welding and fitting is dome. And the trine is the same as the steering for size.

im new to the x2 , and my x2 project has been pushed wayyy back
what is this doing other than stopping the flex in the cable?
how do i know if mine is direct steer vs whatever the other option is?

Look at the steering cable and if it is one long cable from the bulkhead to the stem it's direct steer and needs this part. If it has a swing and other bars it's S-cage

Squirrel cage is beter and is 86-88 and late90-95.

Can they be swapped, no. Well yes but you need to cut the whole hull and it's not worth it.

Chopping 1.5inch off the back of the ski is a must on alll x2s to make them turn worth anything. But the direct steer year had the flex so the didn't turn worth anything.

If you like a chopped hull try one of these.
