Super Jet Pump Setup

Building a new-to-me RN superjet. I'm pulling the stock pump and stainless impeller off my sn sj but before installing I am adding a blowsion pump cone and protec 85mm bored nozzle. My question is, think it will be too much? Should I just try it anyway?

Engine setup:

62t motor
Dual 38s jetted
Ada head, 35cc domes
B-pipe limited
Tdr waterbox

Not sure of impeller pitch

You can Try it but typicAlly both are too mch and will cause cavitation....I'd go with 85mm nozzle between the two options

Hard to say without knowing what impeller you are running, but basically, with a short cone, AND large nozzle you will loose pump pressure. Unless you have a large hub, worked skat, or hooker, you may cavitate.

Try it and see though. DO NOT believe all that you read on the internet. Every ski is a different build. It is best to come to conclusions from your own experiences.
