Pro-tec adjustable rev limiter Question

So I cracked open my E-box today to eliminate the rev limiter, and holy cow, my ski has what appears to be modified already! It felt like Christmas! Anyway, does anybody know what the rev limit is at the lowest (I'm assuming with the screw turned counter-clockwise, at"1") And highest setting (turned completely clockwise, at "3")

Is the adjustable piece blue with a white knob?

Mine is blue with a white knob. The way Pro-Tec explained it to me with my unit is, 7 oclock is rev's turned all the way down. 5 oclock is turned all the way up. Just about 3:30 is around 9000 rpms. 9000 is a good number b/c it will allow the engine to stay in the upper rpms without bouncing off the rev limiter when the pump exits the water, but is not so high that dumb novice riders can blow up the engine (atleast not easily) by just over revving the engine.

Yep, that's the one, thanks for the info. It was set at about 8:30, so I can't wait to ride it to see what difference it made!
