the rules are...there are no rules. it cost like $5 for the day or $10 to camp overnite. you launch wherever .. its a big beach, no boat launch or anything. the water isnt warm, i wear a wetsuit however i do see people out there without them now and then, but i wouldnt be able to stay out there long without one. the weather is usually like 70-80 in april, but its hit or miss.

They did tell me not to carry around glass bottles, use a cup. No speeding, they were ticketing for that, and I saw them give a guy riding double up on a quad a ticket. 6 miles of insanity otherwise.:Banane36:

we all use totes. i try to ride without my wetsuit whenever i can, but thats like 4-5 times a year. probably one of the most convenient places to ride skis in the surf anywhere.

the beach is as flat and smooth as it gets..thats why the waves suck :laugh2:

yeah don't speed on the beach and glass bottles aren't allowed like the other guy said. Also if you don't have overnight pass you need to be out by 11pm cuz my buddy got a $270 ticket on new year cuz he only had a day pass and it was only, 11:10PM.
