It's prolly for a primer.... Knob prolly fell/broke off. Keychain is an easy/quick fix.

not a whole lot, first i gave 750. riva carb adaptors, rideplate and straightbars with an umi finger throttle. think it may have an aftermarket prop but not for sure what it is yet. ski is cranking and running. oh, it came with a nasty azz motor compartment
