I don't see nick falling with his turf that way. maybe you had slippery shoes when you tried it that way.

diamond turf is far more slippery with the diamonds going front to back than it is with the diamonds going left and right.

if you have some diamond, run your hand across it with some pressure, both ways, and youll see what i mean.
