msd enhancer help

i have a 750 msd enhancer that i got off ebay a while ago. It has the adjustable rev limiter.
1. Is there a way to see what it is set at now?
2. What should i set it at for flatwater shreddin and wake jumpin?

thanks

Don't worry about setting it at a specific RPM just turn it all the way up. When the ski is out of the water just let of the throttle a little.

yeah do that if you want to blow your motor. according to msd every 1/3 turn is 1100 rpm's....with the max being 9000 rpms. I have mine about 1/4 turn from fully open...so running about 8200 rpms.

yeah....ppl will say just run it wide open...but i like riding my ski thanks...not dumping more money into it.

Edit: That is for the 650/701 Yamaha Enhancer...I'd assume that it is the same for the Kawi one but I do not know. I'd google search for the manual.

Just how many RPM's do you think your motor can turn? LOL

Just open it up all the way and call it good let your finger control the R's thats what the cool kids do.

in the water, definitely not that high....but if i pop out the pump or cavitate or something i dont feel like blowing my motor.

whatever, there are alot of different opinions on it....which is why this sport is so great cause u can run your boat however the hell you want. in my opinion as mentioned earlier, i'd rather be safe with it than blow my motor
