Last week motor in my js440 locked up I want to put a sx650 in once I get motor in will the ebox be the same? What else will I ha e to change

Wrong section but since you asked, you'll need to use the 650sx ebox. On pwctoday there's a lot more guys doing these conversions, you'll probably get more responses there.

I am really close to putting a 701 in my 650sx , if so I have an excellent running Kawi 650 with lightened flywheel and shaved head, CDKII carb that would go real nice in your 440. Send me a PM/Conversation if you are interested.
