hey all was wonderin what i should do as a starting point for my single carb setup that ive just setup im in aus at sea level freeride surf only, my engine is basically hot rod crank 760 pro x pistons, 760 barrels ported, stock head 170 psi, b pipe, riva 48 mm powerbomb, riva inlet manifold, blowsion air filter msd enhancer, etc i took for the first ride yesturday with the jets blowsion supplied which was 150 pilots 135 mains 115 gram and 2.5 n and s was really boggy down low and hesitating not to bad up top, so i went to 140 on both and touch better not much though was really bad around 25% throttle so any input would be a great help

T or X crankcases? I found out (by mistake) the best combo is running ported 62Tcases and low pop-off. (For real good low end) The low speed screw sometimes ends up only 1/4 turn out. Sorry,I have no hands on experience with Power Bomb carbs but that pop-off might need to be lower than like a stock setting would be. 12-15 Psi vs. 35-40 Psi. Hope this helps...:brap:

Why don't you try this:

Brand = Riva / Mikuni
Model = Powerbomb 48
Size = 48mm
Quantity = 1
Pilot Jet = 117.5
Main Jet = 132.5
Needle/Seat = 2.5
Spring = 114g
Pilot screw = 1-1/4
Main Screw = 1-1/2
Return line restrictor = 60 main
- - - - - -
Gas Octane = 93
Altitude = Sea level - 700ft
Main type of riding = Freeride
Would it pass the 10 second WOT test = YES!
Powerband = Bottom, midrange, top
Motor type/setup = 760 Frankenstein (62T cyl/61X case), heavy homemade cylinder porting, case porting, 175psi head, Factory "mod" B Pipe, Stock ignition, lightened stock Flywheel, stock F/A.

I posted it in the jetting specs and used it in two different engine setups.

What confirmation do you want? :confused:

You should always order a few jet sizes, on both sides of the target spec you're shooting for.
They are not expensive.
