Jet ski dies during ride, carb?

So here is the problem i was riding yesterday and just out of nowhere the ski turns off, as if i pressed the kills switch. i start it back up and get up to 3/4 throttle and dies again. i get it start again and then get 1/2 throttle and dies again. by this time i turn it back on and only press 1/4 throttle and head back to the beach. I get back and check the fuel lines and all is good, gas is fine as well. i let it sit and then decide to head back to the dock. Now i cant give it more than a little past idle. when i get home i try to mess with it on the trailer. Its not holding idle very well now and any more throttle it will just die out, fall flat on its face.

is it possible that maybe the diaphram in the carb tore? maybe time for a rebuild on the carb? ive havent rebuilt it for about 2-3 years. last time i rode it was in march.

not the first time riding this year but my rides have been spread out by a month or so in between them. i bought that carb about 2 years ago and was told it was freshly rebuilt but the only way to be certain would be for me to rebuild it myself. The seller could have just told me that. Does anyone on the forum sell rebuild kits for a mukuni sbn 44 or is a dealership the way to go?

Do a search for SBN kits. Some users on here sell them.

Pull your carb apart. You may not need a rebuild. It may be something else keeping it from running right.

Did you verify the pulse line was in good shape?

Pulse line looked good at first glance and inspection. Ill check it better when i remove the carb.
