Is this needle bad enough to jack up my bottom end?

Is this needle bad enough to jack up my bottom end??? I am guessing so!


I think my jetting is close.
Engine 62T Cases
64X Jug (OEM) 85 mm weisco
Carb OEM 38's prok arrestors
Carbon tech reeds
exhaust B-Pipe front and rear exhaust

My settings
Brand =mikuni
Model =sbn oem
Size =38
Quantity =2
Main Jet =135
Pilot Jet =75
Needle/Seat =1.5
Spring = 95g

That left one looks like a dribbler to me for sure, but the popoff pressure is pretty high (which should eliminate low idle dribbling)
I'd replace it to be sure.
 
It is defiantly getting replaced but could it make my off idle run terrible? It is very inconsistent. Sometimes it feels like it is loading up, them some times it will stall. It will idle all day long no issues and clears up after ¼ throttle.

added note: Has a bad shake/vibration at about 1/8 throttle.

Yes, Those are pretty bad...Replace only with OEM Mikuni Original Parts. Do not use aftermarket junk.
From the symptoms you describe, this should get the jetting consistent, then jet changes will respond like they should.

I swaped them out with OEM Mikuni Original Parts last night. Will give it a try this weekend.
