Installing pole/spring?

:deadhorse:Wow last night was a joke. Me and my friend could not get my round nose pole on ski innovations conversion bracket because of the spring. With the spring in place i could not get the bolt to go through the other side of the bracket. Also the clearance between the pole and brackets is super slim is it possible to no run the plastic washers? Any ideas suggestions?

you can get it through if you push on the coils of the spring with a hammer handle while one person slides the bolt through the spring or taps it through with a rubber mallet..as far as the pole not fitting in between the ears of the bracket i cant answer that one

you will also have to grind the head of the bolt to clear the hull if you are installing the pole while the bracket is on the ski if that bracket is as low as most lowered brackets

you can remove the bushings and grind them down a little.
as far as the spring, you may need to cut some length out of the spring (depends on what spring you are running) dont cut too much tho.
