Super Jet I have UMI turn plate, Need bushing or bearing kit?

I bought a used UMI turn plate. Now I need the mounting kit. I was hopeing to go with bushings, Im not really sure what kit to buy, also need the clamps but I believe I found those. Is this plate supposed to be run with a bearing kit? I was looking into JSS rebuild kit for it with the bushings instead of the thrust washer.
Heres a pic of what I have.

Proformance has the clamps for sale right now. Yes that steering plate will require some sort of a bearing or bushing kit.

One that sets the bars in more? Like the blowsion shortened turn plate? Im planning on running a shorter pole maybe 2 or 3in, either RN or a/m, would the affect be the same?

I say yes, some other people may disagree. shortening the pole with longer steering will help clear the steering cable on the chinpad easier. The close the steering is to the pad the more you have to clearance the pad for the cable.

i like -2 pole, lowered pole bracket and shortened turnplate..

your pretty much starting from scratch with what u have anyways...the turnplate is the cheap part...
