How many post have you made? you must make 5-7 post or so before you can send a PM.

7 exactly as of prior to this. OK, will participate and hopefully, it gets reset. I just wanted to verify there is no additional manual step I need to take. Thank you!

I appreciate the response, mine does not have the "start conversation" box, it only has "follow" and "ignore" buttons.
