Super Jet How to Repair hull at motor mount?

I have a 1991 square nose and it was making a very bad rattle nose mostly at speed and every time it left the water you could hear this.
Turns out the left rear motor mount was lose at the hull inserts. I could not tighten the bolts, they were bottomed. I got shorter bolts and that looked like it would work and I would add a shim on that one mount to make up the difference. So I removed the motor and took a closer look. It looks like the lose mount pounded the hull and inserts some.

See photo. What can I use to fix the mount or fill it back so it's flat again?
Do I file the outside down to match the new lower parts? Do I fill it with fiberglass?
I searched the site but did not find anything like this.
Any help and suggestions would be great.
Thanks for the help.

Fill it with west systems that comes in the caulk tube. Then skim it with a straight edge. Thread the bolts in with tons of grease so the epoxy won't stick to them.
