You will be fine with 2lb foam, I went with 4 since I added side exhaust and wanted a little more strength around it.

thanks guys for the info. 3lb foam is what i'll do. Now i just need some funds, Don't you guys hate it when you got too many projects lined up. And limitted in money to compleate them :frown:
