Super Jet how hot is to hot for pisser?

Ive got a 62t/62t bored to 753, mild case and cylinder porting, milled stock head, b pipe, couplers, milled fw, fa's, and vf2's.
Im running single cooling, and it seems to be hot, not burn you hot but it just seems too warm?

The ski runs mint, plugs look good, but just was wondering what is considered too hot? Air temp here is mid 70's to upper 80's, water temp is 72-76 range.

Ok, I have a second pisser and a second spot on my head I could run it from with a restrictor, but just wanted to.make sure it wasok.

My water routing is purtPurt sstandard I think. Inlet is in mani, outlet from head is oposite side to bottom of head pipe, then out of top of head pipe to Stinger with a 5mm restrictor, and a pisser overboard

I just check the plugs again after going through a couple gallons of gas straigriding, and the mag cylinder looks like its running slightly hotter. should I run both outlets on the head to a t, then run it into the head pipe? Or am I just over thinking it lol

you should add more fuel to it if it looks like the plug is burning hotter. the cooling has no effect on the combustion temperatures... the F/A mix does.

I'd prolly ditch the single cooling and go dual with those water temps, engine size with those modes.....

We have a 650 sx that's piped in our group with single cooling, water out the pisser is hot and feels like it will burn you but doesn't just feels like it will. One day we are ridding and I pull over but my bud stays out then starts like pointing or something then rides in too shore and says he has no water flow out the pisser, I'am like wtf you should have shut it down out there and waved to me for help! Engine got real hot real quick, what saved him was he was paying attention to the pisser flow. A little piece of lake plant material got stuck and plugged the cooling line, could have been a costly situation had say his granddaughter or someone else been riding it. With true duel cooling it's much harder to plug both lines at the same time plus piece of mind

I normaly ride in colder water, 55-65 range so.I.didn't know if it would run too cool in that with dual cooling? Sapose I could use restrictors if its moving to much.

I ride in 55-65 range too for the past 10 years with dual cooling and no restricters, never a single issue on my skis. Water out the pissers is warmish but the engine is still quite warm to the touch

My buddy runs a near 800cc worked out franken motor on a single cooling line. Water temp is generally 80s in AZ in the summer and his motor runs fine. Maybe blow air through the lines and see if any debris is lodged through the system.

Water temp is up to 81 now andair temps have been crazy high for northern mn, 92 today lol. Its not that its too hot, Its just that its the hottest ive had it run is all
