Getting my pole of the ski?

I am trying to get the pole off my Superjet so I can shorten it. I have everything out of it except the start/stop wires. Which direction does this go? I don't see any disconnect on the ski side and the only way to get it from the pole side would be to disassemble the switch.
Any thoughts?

the disconnects are located between the carbs and electric box. one has bla/whi wires and the other has bro/red wires.

disconnect and pull up through the pole.

It should have a disconect on the carb side of the ski. Try tracing the wire from the e-box.
