I just put 1" foam on the bottom of my footholds and obviously I'm going to want some padding on top and I'll have to have turf in there as well. The problem is my toe won't make it to the end of the hold as it is. If I were to trim the foam deeper at my heel, I could fit and if I trimmed the foam at my toes, I could also fit.
My question is this... Which would be better to trim to ensure I stay in the footholds? Heel or toe?
