hangtime

Speak up ,don't kiss azz
Typically you put the footholds in and then drill 2 holes in them at the top and pour the foam in from there and the foam filling the holds gives it the strength .

just make sure you glass the holds in and don't over pour the foam because it can push out on the footholds and crack if you pour too much or don't have enough holes drilled to let excess foam out .

alright koool
yea the foam/glass job on these wasnt done by me

i got alot of the glass sanded offf :dead1::dead1::eek:uch:and down to the rivets pretty much
so i may be able to get them out differently but on the bottom part of the tray if i cut...is it ok to go over that far?? its part of the hold

as long as you glass it back in good yes... i cut a ton out of mine = )

you'll have to have them out, and maybe more, in order to get the old wet foam out, and pour the new foam in.
