Hey, Tricky put me on to it. Have not had an issue yet from anything leaking.

i think that 518 is alot like the aviation and or hylomar or ultimate blue race formula. they all have slightly different solvents for different applications but do the same thing, not setup/cure. i have used all of them for the gasket dressing and have never looked back at the settingstyle sealants. changing a base gasket has never been so easy. i think it was freestylegeek that once posted that hylomar was miracle grease. that is who i found out about these types of sealants from.

$200 -$250 is retail for labor on the assembly of a sj motor.
i paid out the banana back in my rookie year's of jetsking with 4440-550 motors, but i was able to bribe eric burton and darrell pasco at jetco to show me the way to do them.

then my 1st 62t sj motor was done up by randy at watcon, and it ran gr8.
it cost me over $200 plus the shipping cost to get it done there.

kenny, i bet that $250 you paid got you a 6month warranty with jetworks, as long as you did not tear it down before sending back to them-art ???

I have about 6-7 tanks of gas through it so far, and not so much as a hiccup. No doubt in my mind that Art would stand behind his work as long as it wasn't operator error. Even then, I'd be willing to bet he would do whatever to could to make the problem right. Plus he painted the motor, setup my tl static timing and air gap for that price. I couldn't be happier with my dealings with Art. Top notch guy who knows his stuff!
