Experienced insight please 00 jetting a superjet with a/m carbs

62t/61x
Ada head 165psi compression
R&D intake manifold, intake spacer and novi 44 carbs (I think)
Factory a pipe (2 water screws)
Lightened zero flywheel
unported cylinder.

It runs ok but
Bogs or even will shut off with an immediate pin.
115 pilot jet 120 main jet gold spring and 1.5 needle and seat.
Top water screw shut bottom open 3/4.
Low speed out one Turn and high speed out 1/4 turn.
It is rideable but after 500 feet of wide open it will Gurgle
also...
I'm waist deep with it running and pin it it will shut off also. I feel the jetting is way off. I am running 93 pump @ 40:1 and am right around 500 feet sea level. I feel there is more untapped power left in this. Also has a sinle remote
Fuel pump setup. Thank you if you can provide any base line jetting advice. The prop is unknown pitch but it
Is a skat trac.

If anyone has any similar setups could you share?

Pop off seems way too high. Try bringing it down to 20psi or even a bit lower than that. Then test it again. It will probably need more fuel too but do the pop off first.

Then retest it. If holding it cracked for 20-30 seconds kills it still then jet up a size. Your pop off being too high can give you similar symptoms as being lean though.

You could also try calling the carb builder. They'll be willing to help and will be able to give you a very close starting point.
