Super Jet Engine overheating and pisser spraying mist. Need help.

I went through my ski the other day fixing a exhaust coupler and engine mount. I had to remove my exhaust "Factory Pipe type 4". I re-installed all the lines back to where they came off and hooked the ski up to the hose. Engine seemed to run nice and cool and water was coming out in a nice smooth flow from both pissers.

Today I went out riding and about 15 min in I start hearing a spitting sound. I looked down and notice my top pisser is misting hot water out. Usually its a solid stream of warm water. I pulled over to the beach and started pulling each line one by one and blowing through them. I could not get the water to flow like it has been. My engine gets hot really quick so I know its not cooling anymore.

I started from the pump and followed the main water line into the engine compartment. I disconnected this line and held it over board and it pumped water out in a perfect stream. I hooked it back up and the water is still not flowing out the pisser.

Here is how my water line are routed.

#1 Main line coming off the pump connects into a "T". One line goes to my flush hookup and the other line goes into the bottom of my exhaust manifold.

#2 Line coming out from the back of the pipe just behind the coupler travels up to my "Protec" girlded head.

#3 Line coming off the other side of my Protec head leads straight out to my top pisser.

#4 Line coming off the very top of my pipe go back into the pipe at the stinger.

#5 Line coming off just in front of the stinger exits to my bottom pisser.

Everything seemed to be running perfect before. I always had a steady stream and a cool engine. I have taken my air compressor and blew through every passage. I can blow through each tube with my mouth and I don't feel anything clogged. Even if I hook it up to the hose and run it, I'm still not getting a proper flow coming out and the engine starts getting hot. The pisser seems to be moving a bunch of air at a pretty good pressure. The mist of water seems to be much hotter than normal.

Ill try and snap some pics in a little bit to help out. Thanks for the help.!
Garrett

yep..sounds lie a blown o-ring...

I called Protec today and they said a blown O ring could defiantly cause this. I ordered a O ring kit and it should be here in a couple of days. Ill reply back once I get everything rebuilt to give the status report.
